Antmed announces the successful completion of Phase I of the Antmed Malaysia Industrial Park, which has now been fully certified under the CCC framework. This achievement confirms that the site is fully equipped and operational, marking a significant milestone in Antmed’s global expansion strategy and strengthening its international manufacturing footprint.
Phase I spans more than 65,000 square meters, including 28,000 square meters of modern manufacturing facilities and 8,000 square meters of Class 100,000 cleanroom space. The industrial park integrates the complete production chain—from mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, and extrusion, to component manufacturing, product assembly, packaging, sterilization, testing, and inspection—enabling fully vertically integrated manufacturing of advanced medical devices. This end-to-end capability supports consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and reliable on-time delivery.
Designed with a strong commitment to sustainability, the park follows a “green and sustainable” development philosophy and provides a garden-style working and production environment. Supporting infrastructure includes approximately 20,000 square meters of employee dormitories, along with a cafeteria, gym, library, and café to support employee wellbeing. Rooftop solar power systems have been installed across all buildings, and operations are aligned with ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety standards. ESG and CSR principles are embedded throughout the park’s operations, balancing economic performance with environmental and social responsibility.
